We are pleased to congratulate our distinguished Rector, Prof. Dr. Pedro Galván, on his recent appointment as Scientific Advisor and PhD supervisor at the Institute for Intelligent Cyber-Physical Systems (ICPS) at Heilbronn University in Germany. With this achievement, our Rector becomes one of the first Paraguayan representatives to be part of such a prestigious German institution.
